Do I need a referral from a doctor to book a Tune-Up session?

No referral is needed. Tune-Ups are wellness sessions designed for asymptomatic individuals seeking to improve movement, reduce discomfort, or prevent injury.

Tune-Ups are 30-minute, focused sessions aimed at quick relief and proactive care. Unlike a full PT evaluation, they are not for post-surgical rehab or complex diagnoses and are not billed through insurance.

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. Gym shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers are ideal.

Can I schedule regular Tune-Ups even if I’m not injured?

Absolutely! Many of our clients use Tune-Ups for routine body maintenance, flexibility work, and to avoid future injuries.

We can address most musculoskeletal concerns including neck, back, shoulders, hips, and knees. If you have specific needs, let us know during booking so we can tailor the session to you.
