Each treatment session is one hour of one on one care.​
We DO NOT double book our patients, and you will NEVER be handed off to a technician.

Dr. Brandon O. White, PT
Meet the Team
In 2023, Brandon founded OPPT with the vision of providing the quality of care all people deserve. His inspiration was derived from working in high volume outpatient clinics where quantity was often prioritized over quality.
An Austin resident for 4 years, Brandon is originally from Victoria, Texas, where he played point guard for the Men’s Basketball team at Victoria College. During this time he discovered his passion for physical therapy. Brandon then attended Texas State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Depending on the week, you may find Brandon fishing on the coast, coaching at local youth basketball tournaments, spending time with family, or playing paintball somewhere around the country.

Dry needling
Targeted treatment using monofilament needles to relieve muscle tension and promote healing. This technique can help improve blood flow and reduce pain in specific areas of dysfunction.
Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Training (PBFR)
Innovative technique using controlled blood flow restriction to enhance strength, muscle size, and endurance. Ideal for rehabilitation and performance enhancement with less joint stress.
Sports Specific Rehab
Tailored rehabilitation programs to help athletes return to their sport safely and effectively. We focus on sport-specific movements and demands to optimize performance and reduce re-injury risk.
Monthly Membership
One monthly visit, two 30-minute PBFR sessions to help you maintain or enhance your performance, and
24 hour phone support.

Prehab
Preventive rehabilitation to identify and address potential issues before they become injuries. Particularly beneficial for high-risk activities or pre-surgery preparation to improve outcomes and reduce recovery time.
