We DO NOT double book our patients, and you will NEVER be handed off to a technician.

Dr. Brandon O. White, PT

Meet the Team

In 2023, Brandon founded OPPT with the vision of providing the quality of care all people deserve. His inspiration was derived from working in high volume outpatient clinics where quantity was often prioritized over quality. 


An Austin resident for 4 years, Brandon is originally from Victoria, Texas, where he played point guard for the Men’s Basketball team at Victoria College. During this time he discovered his passion for physical therapy. Brandon then attended Texas State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. 


Depending on the week, you may find Brandon fishing on the coast, coaching at local youth basketball tournaments, spending time with family, or playing paintball somewhere around the country. 



Manual Therapy

Hands on techniques used to Diagnose, decrease pain, and improve quality of movement

Corrective Exercise

Intentional movements to specifically address your soft tissue dysfunctions and improve your physical Abilities.

Dry needling

Use of monofilament needles (Similar to Acupuncture) to promote blood flow and healing to targeted areas of dysfunction. 

Personalized Blood Flow Restriction Training (PBFR)

Application of an Automated tourniquet system to promote improved Strength, Size, and Endurance when traditional resistance training is Inapplicable. Also used for performance Enhancement or Recovery. 

Sports specific Rehab 

Return to your sport after injury with the confidence and physical abilities required to excel.

Monthly Membership

One monthly visit, two 30-minute PBFR sessions to help you maintain or enhance your performance, and

24 hour phone support.

Continuity Plans

Customized post rehabilitation planning to avoid recurring injuries, promote your wellness, and minimize your overall health costs by creating healthy habits
